Megan Thee Stallion has won the 2021 Grammy Award for Best Rap Song for the Beyoncé-assisted “Savage.” The Texas rapper won the award over Drake (“Laugh Now Cry Later”), Lil Baby (“The Bigger Picture”), DaBaby (“ROCKSTAR”), and Roddy Ricch (“The Box”). JAY-Z is also awarded for Best Rap Song for his role as a “Savage” co-writer.
Megan was nominated for a string of awards at this year’s ceremony. She won Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance (“Savage”) earlier in the night. Beyoncé was the most-nominated artist of the year, competing in categories including Song of the Year (“BLACK PARADE”), Record of the Year (“BLACK PARADE”), and more. Beyoncé’s first win at the 2021 Grammys was for Best Music Video.
