Heavy Duty, a fast growing boutique publishing company based in Los Angeles and New York is hiring a Hip-Hop and R&B creative to join our A&R team.
Your job will be to foster new relationships and find opportunities for our existing roster, including setting up sessions, pitching songs and beats, offering research and new ideas to grow our roster and catalog. The post can be based in LA, Atlanta or New York
The right candidate:
- Incredible passion for producer and writer development
- Willingness to lead and think outside the box
- A deep understanding of current music trends and culture in the Hip-Hop and R&B world
- Exceptional people skills
- A minimum of 3 years of similar experience is a must
